Breakfast is Fundamental

Every morning I try to eat breakfast.  I usually don't succeed.  But if I do, it's usually a breakfast on the run or I bring a bagel to the office.  This morning I had a doctor's appointment at 9:30.  That meant I had enough time to make breakfast and eat at home.

So I toasted two mini-bagels, put the small skillet on the stove, cracked two eggs and scrambled them in the pan.  I made some turkey sausage in the same pan and behold my quickie breakfast.

It was quite scrumptious and I was happy I ate.  However, the doctor was not so happy. Apparently you're supposed to fast before your physical so when they check your cholestoral they can get an accurate reading.  Whoops, my bad!
