On the go

I had to wake up earlier than I wanted to this morning to return the rental car.  As a result, there was no time for me to have breakfast at home or even prepare it then eat it at work.  So I stopped by Crown Deli for a breakfast sandwich and some juice.  2 eggs well done (I hate runny eggs), turkey bacon on a roll...at my desk.

No rave reviews here.  The roll was definitely not fresh out the oven.  The orange, mango, peach juice was probably the best part.  All in all, nothing special about this meal.  I do notice that I eat eggs a lot in the morning.  I don't eat oatmeal and milk always goes bad so I don't eat cereal as often as I want to.  Anyone have any breakfast ideas?

  1. the british love runny eggs. i never understood it. it's like you get lazy making them. this is the conversation that probably happened when 'runny eggs' were invented:
"man, i'm hungry. are you finished?"
    "not yet-the eggs aren't done."
"just give 'em to me now. we'll call them runny eggs."

the same conversation happened when "crunchy peanut butter" was invented too, except substitute 'eggs' with 'peanut butter'. i'm still not sure if the british have a special preference for crunchy peanut butter.
