Serafina Broadway

I have my first solo court appearance next week...EEEP! So I had lunch with my Buddy.  My Buddy is my firm sponsored mentor.  His job is to impart knowledge, answer my questions, and make sure I don't screw anything up.  We went to Serafina Broadway because it's pretty close to the office and has good food.

We started off with the Bruschetta.  This one actually tasted better than the one I made at home.  I know shocking.

I ordered the Spaghetti All'Aragosta - Spaghetti with half lobster.  I requested it out of the shell, why deal with the mess when you don't have to?

The spaghetti was al dente and the lobster was perfect!  Well seasoned and tasted as though it had been cooked with the sauce.  I was also happy because it was easy to cut, which isn't always the case when lobster has been overcooked.  Bravo to Serafina for keeping it delicious.

My Buddy ordered Veal Alla Milanese.  You know cows aren't my thing...even if they're still babies.

It looked good, tomatoes were very fresh.  Look at that color! Maybe that's why the bruschetta tasted so good!

We didn't order dessert, but we lingered for a bit.  Eventually an elderly looking gentlemen likely owner, manager or some other higher up dropped off a plate of sugar cookies!

Score for us! They were DELICIOUS.  Reminded me of shortbread.  Yummy!

Thank you Serafina for another fantastic meal.

Hungry yet?
